Alexandra Caldwell (she/her) has been a Special Education Teacher for more than 21 years. The majority of those years have been spent in early ed special education with a focus on students with Autism. She holds a Masters degree in education, and graduate certificates in Autism Studies and Applied Behavior Analysis. She currently teaches a full-day substantially separate preschool program in Bourne, MA.

Alexandra has spent countless hours taking data and writing IEPs based on her students’ needs. Her strong advocacy skills reach far beyond the classroom, as she is passionate about speaking up for equal rights and fighting for those with less privilege. She lives with her wife, three children, and many pets on Cape Cod.
