Chuck Zucco, MSW, has been a Special Education Case Manager and LEA for Tewksbury Public Schools since 2010, during which he has conducted thousands of IEP meetings and written or reviewed just as many IEPs. He also serves as adjunct faculty in special education at Endicott College.

Chuck began his career in special education at the Gifford School in the 1990s, specializing in adolescents with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges while designing and overseeing programs to support this population. Over the years, he has worked with students facing a wide range of needs through his clinical and special education roles in public and private schools, private tutoring, and family consultations. In 1999, Chuck founded PassTheMTEL.com and has since trained thousands of Massachusetts educators to pass their teacher certification exams. Additionally, he has been trained by and collaborates with Allan Blume, the author of the Blume Method for understanding and writing IEPs.
