Elizabeth Hogue, M.Ed., CAGS, is a Transition Specialist with Lawrence Public Schools. She has 16 years of experience supporting students with disabilities across a variety of educational and student support settings. Her work focuses on postsecondary transition planning, student voice, transition assessment, family and community engagement, and professional development for educators. Elizabeth holds a Master's degree in Education in School Counseling and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Transition Leadership from UMass Boston, as well as the Massachusetts DESE Transition Specialist Endorsement. She is particularly passionate about helping educators understand transition as an ongoing, student-centered process and how that process can be meaningfully reflected throughout the IEP.
