Michael Vanderlaine

Michael Vanderlaine is an educational leader specializing in school climate and culture by building Multi-Tiered Systems of Support that strive to create equitable outcomes for all learners. As a scholar-practitioner he operationalizes current research using a systems-thinking approach paired with his unique perspective as a former creative and performing arts educator.

As a school leader he strives to support the conditions for collaborative solutions to increase achievement, through authentic deeper learning experiences that engage all members of a learning community.
